Our team lives and breathes fibers, yarns and fabrics. With a holistic approach to design, we immerse ourselves completely in every project we undertake in order to develop fabrics that are both original and useful for our customers. Chi design boasts an over 30 years’ experience in bespoke solutions and imprinting of Italian Style, cooperates with some of best renowned architects and designers worldwide, shipyards and Luxury and Fashion Brands, assisting them in the whole project development, from conception to after sale. Our goal is to satisfy every kind of request. Our clients are our heritage.
We are able to produce, if needed, in absolute compliance with International Associations requirements (EASA – IMO).

Our products are manufactured according to clients specifications using a blend of natural (silk, wool, cotton, bamboo) and handmade (viscose, nylon) fibers. The optimal fiber mix is specifically chosen so as to guarantee both natural feel and resistance in hightransit applications. This is how we produce both beautiful and hardwearing art pieces.
OUR WORK
One-off pieces are born just from luxurious natural finest yarns selected around the world, and are made in Hand Tufted and Hand Knotted alike. Our overseas collections look with Italian eyes, and take inspiration from world’s wonders and places, nature and cities. There is a shade of color and a material for each story that could be tell. Every design is revisable and perfectible in order to meet client’s needs and dreams come true. In Chi Design’s world if you can imagine something, then you can realize it.

MODERN TAPESTRY
Carpets are a uniquely effective way to charac-terize and enrich interiors. A tasteful combination of colors, materials, textures and shapes provides warmth and emotion to any interior environment.
We design and produce tailor-made products together with our clients, that allow the classy and stylish expression of individual taste and flair. This is how our pieces become pieces of art.
As a contemporary take on tapestry art, it’s no surprise that our rugs can often be found hanging on the walls of sophisticated spaces.
INSPIRING TEXTURES
Carpets don’t have to be flat. We use different manufacturing techniques including different pile heights, carved cut or loop pile, hand-knotting or hand-tufting. This is how we create modern and fascinating three-dimensional textures. This is how our pieces achieve the flair and person-ality that our clients seek and deserve.
INFINITE COLORS
The choice of colors is virtually endless. We regularly sample the quality of our production to ensure strict adherence to client specifications. We dye our fibers using a mix of natural and synthetic dyes. This is how we obtain accurate color match, brightness and vibrancy, as well as resistance over time for each individual piece.
